Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tic Tac Toe: Modes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Tic Tac Toe: Modes for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible iOS device. The app is free to download and play.
License Restrictions

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Game Features
Tic Tac Toe: Modes offers multiple game modes including Classic, Infinite, and Numerical modes. You can play against AI opponents or engage in local multiplayer with friends on the same device.
Important: The app is completely local with no backend servers. It works entirely offline and does not require an account or internet connection. All game data is stored on your device.
Acceptable Use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, modify, or exploit the app
- Reverse engineer the app's code or algorithms
- Redistribute or resell the app
Local-Only Application
Tic Tac Toe: Modes is a completely local application with no backend servers. All game modes, including AI opponents and local multiplayer, work entirely on your device without requiring an internet connection. Your game data, statistics, preferences, and all other information are stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
The only data transmitted from the app is minimal, anonymized analytics about which game modes are played, and data required by Google AdMob to serve banner advertisements.
Analytics
We collect minimal, anonymized analytics data about which game modes are being played (Classic, Infinite, Numerical, etc.). This data:
- Contains no personal or identifying information
- Is used solely to understand which game modes are popular
- Helps us improve the game experience and prioritize features
Free to Play
Tic Tac Toe: Modes is completely free to download and play. All game modes and features are available at no cost. The app does not contain in-app purchases.
Advertising
The app displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help support the continued development and maintenance of the app while keeping it free to use.
By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Banner ads will be displayed during gameplay
- Ad content is provided by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's advertising policies
- AdMob may collect certain device and usage data to serve relevant ads, as described in our Privacy Policy
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app, including graphics, design, code, and game mechanics, are owned by Sanyezi and protected by intellectual property laws.
Updates and Modifications
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the app to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Since the app is completely local with no backend dependencies, all versions of the app will continue to function independently. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features in future updates.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Your game progress will be preserved after updates
- The app will be compatible with all iOS devices
- All features will work as expected in all situations
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanyezi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data. Since the app has no backend servers or account system, there is no need to terminate an account or deactivate services.
Apple App Store Terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. The app is currently available exclusively on iOS devices through the App Store.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
